Bruce Lee Playing Ping Pong With Nunchucks

My only question is is it real or fake, I kind of feel silly asking that question. Looks like Bruce Lee taking on a couple good ping pong players with nunchucks and winning to boot.

If this is what some martial artists go through in their dojos, it makes my white belt yellow tip seem worthless.

I'm guessing what you see in this Malaysian Martial Arts Training Video has something to do with facing pain and getting used to it, I guess that would have to be right or this is just plain crazy.

Kiai Master vs MMA Fighter

Kiai is a term used in the martial arts, basically it's built up inner energy that gets released as a focused blow, some say a master of this technique can even shoot energy balls at his opponents, to a lesser extent it's when a martial artist yells when he strikes someone.

I feel sorry for the old master in this video, he's a master of Kiai with many students, you'll see them attacking him and he fends them off with nothing more than a wave of his hand. Why I feel sorry for him is he made a $5000 bet that he could beat any MMA fighter with only his Kiai energy, I guess he didn't bet the MMA fighter wouldn't act like one of his students.
