I really wouldn't know if this works, but it sound feasible that a universal remote could change traffic lights, I guess. I also feel that if you were to try it and it work, you would probably get caught, especially in inner city areas to many dang cameras now days.

I remember seeing something on how to actually make one of the transmitters that'll change the lights like that. I'm gonna look for it again :D

I heard it was illegal in the states from a digg user, it would be cool though, green lights all the way to work.
